you should love unconditionally
never judge someone
for something they can't do
for someone they can't be
for somewhere they aren't
love takes time
the body needs to heal
which takes time as well
but not given a chance to see
that hurts more than cheating
that hurts more than stealing
that hurts more than reality
when you love
you should love forever
never forget how much you care
it hurts to know that i began to love
then when i couldn't make love
they fell out of love
and put me to the side
in the friend category
even when i wanted so much more
never given a chance
yes i have a lot going on
and i hurt you at the end
but you got me back, didn't ya
you taught me a lesson
a lesson to keep my walls up forever
and love myself more
as i will remain alone for infinity
