The Light House

he was walking through the woods
he was lost not sure where he was going
he saw a light up ahead
he walked closer to the light
it was a light house he never knew existed
he came across the path that led up to it
he climbed the stairs that swirled around it
he came to the top of the stairs
it was amazing
it was the most beautiful vision he had
he saw the most beauty ever imagined
he opened up the door that he came upon
he walked inside and looked out over the ocean
he said to himself that there has to be a God
in order to know there is someone very unique
and very special to accept him for him
and have the patience to love him
until he is ready.
He knows he is out there.
He's waiting for him.
In the distance he sees a shadow
He screams to the image below
He races downstairs and over the bridge
to see this glowing soul in front him
there he was
standing in front of him
this human he's been searching for all his life
as the image got closer
he got a closer look
and he vanished
then all of a sudden he woke up
in his own bed
realized it was a dream
but he knows he is out there
waiting
yearning
and when I am ready, I will be there too.
